Amazing, professional, and always friendly. This has to be one of the BEST salons in Canberra. Erica has been doing my lashes for over 1 year now and does A+ job each time. Lovely decor, ambient setting. I genuinely look forward to my visits, to relax and be pampered. keep up the excellent work!

Unproffessional beauty experience, for the third session in a row the lash lady here kept me waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. This time I waited for 30 mins, she never bothered to come and tell me she was running late, I would have been happy to do some shopping, actually she never showed at all. I left after 30 mins. The session before I waited for longer. Good lash stylists are gold in Canberra. I would continue to bite my tongue and wait if she was good, but not for average.

Erica has been my beauty therapist for almost 2 years now and what can I say? She has been Fabulous!

I recently had my eyebrows tattooed by Erica and couldn't be happier. I initially had them done last year and they had faded a bit and since I like them dark I went back to Erica and she fixed them for me and now they're just perfect. Can't wait to have my eyeliner done too.

I went to Erica's Aesthetics in Kingston and it was terrible. I visited them to have my left eyebrow evened out. During the initial consultation we discussed what they were going to do and agreed that they would tattoo three hair lines to fill in the gap. However I came out with more than we agreed and that made my left eyebrow look thicker and larger than the right. So I went back to them about 5 weeks later and they told me they could "fix" it but tattooing a neutral colour over the top. However instead of doing that they tattooed a new line making the eyebrow look thicker again. So, silly me went back to them for a third time and they told me this time they would definitely "fix" it. However, again they tattooed another line making my eyebrow look even more thicker! It is worse than before. Although they never charged be for the subsequent visits to "fix" my eyebrow, they never acknowledged that they had made a mistake or apologised.
