I ordered from this shop for the first time, they did not specify shipping so I assumed it was part of the cost of the items. Later I received an invoice for and additional 50% on top of my order. I requested a refund, a week later I received an email from Max asking me to send my CC details including CVC & expiry. I explained email is the least safest way to send CC details. Sent several follow up emails and made multiple calls per day to the listed phone number, no one ever answers the phone. I basically donated money to this company and will be following up with consumer affairs QLD.
I have ordered my items form this company 1 month ago, during checkout I used Coupert coupon for free shipping. No order received. Later I found demands for shipping sent to me via email. I was sending emails, making phone calls in order to resolve the matter. After 5 days Max answered the call, and despite the PROOF that his company registered with COUPERT, he still demanded shipping cost.It's been 10 dyas since I piad it -NO GOODS received.
NO calls answered, NO replies to my email...
My only regret is that I haven't found those reviews BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.
Isn't it a COMPLETE disobey OF AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAWS?
Poor customer service. With the way they corresponded with me i determined they do not appreciate nor need my business. I will find another supplier
Their customer service is truly terrible and oils are sometimes not great actually. I can't believe a business owner can be that rude and verbally abusive to its customer ... wow!
Surprisingly unprofessional organisation. Products inadequately packaged - no padding, no leak controls, hence it is inevitable that their plastic bottles will be squashed, damaged and leak in the post. As mine did. Contact with the owner has been unsatisfactory and frustrating. They won't respond to my communications over damaged and leaking product. It looks like they just don't care about their products or their customers. There are better suppliers out there who provide superlative services. I'm going back to them.
