The after sales service has been terrible. There has been a warranty issue with my brand new car for over a year. It has spend weeks on end sitting in the car yard "waiting for parts". After each time they claim the battery problem has been fixed but after a few weeks or days I have a dead battery again.
The customer service has been deplorable with long waits on hold and telephone calls never returned. The return date of the car always being pushed out by another day or two. 2 weeks in total the last time it was there.
None of the service team has been helpful or understanding throughout the process and a courtesy car never even offered.
I will be taking my business top Max Kirwin Mazda from now on.
I bought my Mazda 3 yesterday and had a great experience with peter, outstanding service... he is excellent at helping you get into a vehicle that suits your needs. He was so so lovely throughout the whole process of buying my new car.i would definitely recommend you to go see peter if you are at Essendon Mazda :)
