After buying a new car a year ago, I gave my elderly mother my Toyota Corolla (2000). Unfortunately someone side swiped her car and RACV sent her to this place. She turned up as per an appointment, the guy barely looked at the car, did not take photos and advised her how much she will get for it. She advised she does not want money she wants it fixed, she liked my car and did not want to go through the process of trying to find a car just as good. He said he would call her back on the Monday..two weeks later still no call. She went in to enquire, they made up some excuse and said they will enquire and call her. They called her and told her the assessor has reviewed the claim and will not fix the car. Strange when no one has seen the damage!
