Waited 1/2 an hour for a very average take away sandwich, not even a sorry

disgraceful customer service

Absolutely love Euphoria cafe. We come to Cowes regularly and always come here. Love the food and love the staff.

Were at the cafe two days ago and experienced appalling customer service. Most staff were courteous and friendly but the main person who hangs around the cafe just 'watching' everyone (who I presume is the management) was incredibly rude and abrupt and certainly needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. To add to this, the food was very average and definitely not value for money.

Go here every time we go to the island. The food is massive (If anything can be said the food is too much). The best part of my experience was the coffee. The blend is smooth and tasty and lets off an awesome aroma, and I drink Machiato's so if the coffee is rubbish I can tell.

Customer service was terrible, and the meals have got a lot smaller and very expensive over the past year.
