We had our grease trap pumped and the next day it overflowed after paying $275.00 we found it had not be done properly i called Kelly and told her she came back to me blaming us saying it was a blockage which was total bull we pulled the entire unit out and it was not cleaned I got the bottom of the bin full of black slime from all over the unit they say its been sucked back in and that was the blockage! which was total rubbish, I used paper towel to remove the slime it was everywhere in the unit so sorry i dont believe you, Kelly told me on the phone that they would do a free clean and now she says she didnt, we have since found another person to clean the unit
as a small business you back up your service and you stick by your word you don't treat customers so poorly, i gave you a chance to sort and you didnt so you loose us and unfortunately it made me have to wrote this review
