Very overpriced and did not fix the problem. Don't be fooled by 'free camera' - it's just added to your price. BTW, the camera does not save the video so if you want another plumber to do the work/quote on it, you'll need to pay someone else for a camera anyway. Despite being told on the phone that there is a range of prices for each type of job, the plumber said 'we have one fixed price' (which of course is at the top of the range given). I have plumbers at my place 3-4 x per year so I am familiar with the process/prices. I felt completely ripped off, and I still have a major problem that was left unattended.
They also quoted on another less urgent job - 4 x more than a quote that I already have. Seriously! Stay away.
I wish I see your review before getting their service, very pricey for charging to unblock my drainage. Eventually, I called other plumber to unblock the pipe with half price. Agree to stay away from this company :(
