We have been regulars of eversmile for years - probably not long after Daniel started in his smaller practice in Beach Road. We always liked Daniel and the friendly service we received. However, my wife recently had a dental emergency of a crown that came off at gum level - a crown that eversmile originally did - and she was in a lot of pain. we rang the surgery at night and left a message... we emailed the surgery... no response to either. My wife went to the surgery as soon as it opened - because they advertise 'Emergency and Cosmetic Dentistry'. She was met with unsympathetic staff telling her to come back in two days! Very very poor customer relations and service. That's the end of the road for us with eversmile. But will they care? Not a bit... it has grown so big and so busy, that they can afford to lose a few patients and not care a bit. Thankyou Stevenjn23 for your review. I would like a moment to explain why there was at least a 2 day wait for wife to recieve treatment . As many of our patients understand at this point in time due to Covid-19 and the 6 weeks we were advised to close our surgery for all treatment except certain emergency treament set out by the Australian governement and Australian Dental association, over 900 patient appointments had to be cancelled, included patients with broken teeth as they didnt fall into the emergency category unless they had an infection present. Many of our patients have been waiting up to 6-8 weeks for treatment and we are trying our very best to provide dental care to all of them as soon as possible. Our Dentists and staff are working really hard but as you can appreciate they can only do so much in a working day. We wish you and your wife all the best at Bunbury Oral Care Centre as Dr. Lam Nguyen is a great Dentist.
