Evolution Yamaha

Please read the reviews of this company before buying from or dealing with them!!! I purchased a near new 2013 Benelli TnT 1130R from them 5 months ago (36k on bike supposedly). From the moment I picked the bike up, there were problems. After getting the bime 500m out the shop door on collection it stalled & wouldn't start again & was picked up & returned to the shop where I waited 3 hours for the to change the battery & supposedly change the oil, was then told the bike wasn't fine & had been tested & took it home.Over the following weeks the issue continued, the bike would either not start at all or run & stall at idle, then not start or simply die whilst runnning, leaving me stranded. I tried dozens of time ago calling Evolution, but wasn't fobbed off & calls were never returned. In March 2015 I sought info from these guys we some mx knee braces. Still waiting for the return cal despite three follow up calls. I thought I'd give them another go as I was chasing a pinlock visor insert for a Shoei Hornet Adv helmet six weeks ago. Still waiting. In the interim I have ordered the pinlock pins from the UK and they have been delivered. Will order the visor elsewhere. No service at all.

They are terrible. Went through them to get some aftermarket accessories put on my bike. They told me the parts were in and when I took the bike there they only had half the parts ordered. Took 2 months to get all my parts in when they said it will all be done in one week. Customer service was terrible. Never go there. Trust me they are not worth dealing with

I went to evolution to get a link pipe and power commander put on my bike, both items were installed incorrectly. I called 3 times in an hour to speak to them about the issue only to never have someone answer or return my call which is a common occurrence. after taking my bike somewhere else to fix it and blasting their bad service on Facebook I did finally receive a call from the management who seemed a lot more concerned with my scathing review and the impact on their business than apologizing or offering some compensation for my suffering. Would absolutely not recommend.

DO NOT GO TO EVOLUTION YAMAHA - EVER!
I took my bike there for a simple run of the mill valve clearance check. I had to wait over a week to have my bike booked in, then once they had the bike they held on to it for over another week (keep in mind most places can do a valve adjustment in 1 hour to 1.5 hours max). I eventually received a phone call saying they have assessed the bike and it needs a new head, top end rebuild and then maybe a bottom end rebuild depending on what they find - they asked if they could proceed with work and gave me a rough estimate of $1200 to $2800. I politely ask them to complete the valve clearance adjustment and put the bike back together so I can collect it.
