WORST EXPERIENCE as a customer. All the instructors are lovely, but over booked and rarely have availability. At one point I had 1 lesson in a month when I'd paid for 5 and was available nearly everyday. On two occasions the instructor didn't turn up, on another they charged me for being sick with the flu and only giving 12 hours notice - a rule they didn't tell me about and later had to refund me for. I've since had one instructor not turn up and not answer their phone, and the following day the management had told the instructor to go to my work address on a Saturday. After lots of emails- and written proof that I was right in where I wanted my lesson on the Saturday, they are currently refusing to refund me and want to charge me for their mistake. DO NOT USE THEM EVER.
The lousiest driving school ever!!! Do not go to them as if anything happens last minute there is no way they would refund your money. The instructor doesnt even tell you what documents to bring to RTA and all and you'd end up RTA cancelling the test. Even then there is no refund if you dont use their service at the last minute!!
Wonderful instructor. Michael was patient and an informative instructor.
The lousiest driving school ever! Cant imagine the instructor did not even inform me what document to bring to RTA on my test day and my test got cancelled on the day. And on top of that, I did not get a refund from EXCEL drive for the 180 AUD that I paid.
