Used cheap engine oil instead of recommended for car model, which damage engine so rack up cost of repair in future. Cheap is no substitute for honesty. Only get service if you are mechanic/professional to tell them, normal client will understood quite later.

I have used these guys before and usually they perform a good service at a cheap rate. However, last time they caused damage to the paint on the drivers side door. It's a pretty big chip and very obvious. You would know that you did it. They denied causing it and refused to take ownership of getting it repaired. Also I used a loan car, which was free the first time I used them minus the petrol used, which is a really good service. This time they didn't tell me there was a cost and charged me an extra $25, which is still cheap, but they should of told me when they offered the service. Especailly since it used to be free. If you do use these guys, I suggest taking pics of all angles of your car before you take it in. Maybe with date stamps on the photo as well.

I have been using these guys for years, I tried another mechanic once as they had a Scoopon special AND NEVER AGAIN! I don't care how tempting the deal is I will stick with who I can trust and who cares about each customers individual situation.

Mechanics have a bad reputation, these guys will give you trust in mechanics again!!!

Found someone at last that can take good care of my car - their mechanics explain what needs doing and how much it will cost before going ahead with any exta work on my car. As a bonus my car was cleaned inside and out for free. Because I had a lot of work last time to be done I was given the use of a loan car - great!

Have used this company a couple of times. Very friendly staff and honest mechanic. Being a female, I find it hard to understand the mechanics of my car. The mechanic was very helpful to show me what was wrong with my car.

And what a bonus, my car was washed and vacuumed for free!!

I would highly recommend.
