I did not have such a good experience. When I called to ask if the glasses I had ordered were ready, They did not call back, and when I called again a few days later, they said they had sent them back to the manufacturer, as they were faulty. They then changed their story and told me they had cancelled my order as I was indecisive and that they did not want my business. I am not sure why -was it because I had asked them the week before whether it was too late to change my order? At that time they had told me they were on their way down from Sydney already, so it was too late, and I accepted that gracefully. This experience put me back several weeks in terms of having usable glasses. Most unprofessional and rude.
Sorry to hear of your experience. Things change, I haven't been there for a long time myself.
xyz came in whinging about opsm service and price. Ordered a pair of glasses. Next week called saying she could get the same frame cheaper on the web, and that the lenses, in spite of being substantially less than at opsm, were dearer than expected. After a brief discussion, in which she admitted that the web frame might not have been the same one at all, she decided to proceed. Lenses came in faulty. She took this opportunity to change her mind, and I was happy and relieved to suggest she try somewhere else. My practice is based on honesty and trust, and internet shopping showroomers are not welcome.
The reason IvanD has not been there for a long time is that the staff member he was stalking reported him to the police.
