Ezyvision

I have been using Ezyvision for 7 years and will never be ordering from them again.
The communication and service has been appalling.
Having to wait 7 weeks and not even receiving my order is unacceptable. Each response was a different excuse like the courier losing my package or dispatch has been a bit slow.

Taking this to social media out of sheer desperation and in the hope this will make Ezyvision more accountable.

I ordered two boxes of contact lenses, selecting express delivery, more than two months ago (December 2016). After chasing for weeks, I received only one of the two boxes in late January. I'm still awaiting the final box.

With both phone numbers disconnected, extremely poor response times via email and a lack of communication regarding the status of my order, I can only assume that this business has no interest in serving its customers in the most basic of ways.

I would not recommend anyone use this company. Buyer beware.
