My wife and I have both had cuts from both F and M - for several years, actually. Both are very competent, always friendly and attentive, and I have often said that their cut for a men's cut is ridiculously cheap at $10. Similarly, my wife has always had a satisfactory visit at the very reasonably price.
(Frankly, I totally dis-believe the bad reviews below that I see - which is why I am writing this, something I just never bother to do)

My experience there is bad! She is impatient and not listening, she just want the job done. It is such a surprise for the next hairdresser to find out just how ridiculously bad was my hair cut. We wondered where on earth did she get her qualification from?
I am sorry if I did not meet your expectation.We always pay attention to every single client,however it is impossible to make everybody happy.I do not remember you and I do not remember to have an unhappy client especially in that day. I personally believe you are not a genuine client who gave me a bad review.We are a very busy salon with lots of clients happy to wait long in a line to get a good haircut.By the way, we both have finnish two hairdressing schools in Europe and one in Australia. Anyway,sorry again.
I too have expereinced the rudeness and abruptness of this supposedly friendly couple. When they want to push you off that chair they will at any cost. NOT a good way to treat your customers shame, shame. You need to go back to customer service 101 and pay attention.
