Face Body Day Spa & Beauty

I didn't even get there and I won't be going. I was given a Day Spa voucher for Christmas from a granddaughter; it is worth $50 but I am prepnared to pay extra, if necessary. I rang to enquire a few prices for facials, body massage etc. The woman with the Indian accent wasn't at all interested in helping me, telling me to "go to their web-site". What ever happened to service?? I said "thank you" and hung up. OK, there probably is lots of info on the web-site but as I had rung and politely enquired...why would I be pushed aside....was it because I have a gift card? I won't be ringing them again and they have lost what would have been a good customer, if they were to live up to their promises on this site.

Amazing day spa! Great for massages and facials , highly recommend the hydrotherapy spa bath, i had such a great time ... can't recommend highly enough ???? 10/10 guys

My husband bought me a gift voucher for face body day spa on my birthday! Amazing service! Spoke to Sukhi over the phone to book in my treatment and she was very accommodating! Rocked up for my treatment on the following week and had Sukhi as my therapist. She was absolutely amazing. the experience was just wonderful from the moment I walked in she greeted with a friendly smile and offered me a glass of water and tea . gave me a consultation form to fill out.She was very friendly and professional as she explained the treatment and took me through it. She was asking what part of my body i wanted to be concentrated on mostly and asking if i was okay with the pressure and if i was comfortable. The massage was amazing and very relaxing as i fell asleep at the therapist hands. She attended to all my needs and made sure i was relaxed and comfortable through out the whole treatment. AMAZING!!! My friend who is a regular client of Face Body Day Spa bought me a gift voucher for "Ocean Memories Spa Ritual" for my birthday.I am so incredibly grateful for the service Face Body Spa provided me, I was greeted by the lovely therapists and offered a cup of herbal tea to sip on while i filled out the consultation sheet. The therapist gave me a tour of the lovely heritage house the spa is set in, The Spa is beautifully set up and very clean. The therapist then took me to the treatment room and explain my treatment and gave me instructions in a very professional and punctual way. I booked in for the "Ocean Memories Spa Ritual" package which included a mandarin full body scrub, a lagoon hydrotherapy spa bath, an hour full body relaxation massage and a deluxe Thalgo Facial which is all products that are marine based, smell divine and my skin felt incredible afterwards, my skin and face have never glowed and felt this soft before. I'm coming to this place from few months and became their regular client now and all I can say this is THE BEST DAY SPA in western sydney. Sukhi is very professional and friendly and her team is great at what they doing .. Very disappointed to see the review below because my experience was great at first time and until now ..
