Family Ties Contact Service

Family Ties Contact Service facilitates flexible 7 days a week supervised contact and changeovers for separated parents
and their children where there is either a Court Order or Parental Agreement in place.

We can provide services for children aged between 6 weeks and 12 years in a safe and neutral environment. Our primary focus is to provide an independent, specialized service with
the safety and wellbeing of children as paramount. This service recognises the significant value of child and
parent relationship, providing them with an important opportunity to concentrate on maintaining, improving and restoring their relationship.

Family Ties is a short term service that supports the physical safety and emotional wellbeing of a child whilst they have contact. We assist families to work towards managing their own contact into the future.

The family Ties supervised contact team consists of highly qualified and skilled professionals. The supervisors are highly competent in managing challenging situations and are fully equipped with the appropriate skill and experience to positively manage the supervised contact. ...read more
