We spent $427 and them booked for end of lease cleaning last Thursday, they showed up 40 minutes late, and did a very poor job. They come telling you they have 4 people cleaning to make you feel your property will be looked after but when my partner returned 4hrs later to check the house (they said it would take 4hrs) there was only one cleaner by herself and the cleaning of the property was far far far from being finished....my partner left, returned on the saturday to realise how terrible a job theynhaf done....can't believe this kind of service is worth $427. Don't waste your money.
The glass on the sliding exhaust fan was missing. They probably broke it and threw it away without telling us and they didn't even clean the fan either.

Do not use.
Turned up 15 minutes late, did a 2 second look around and demanded more money (as if $150 per hour is not already outrageous). Stated it would take 2 hours to clean 2 x (already clean bathrooms) and onother 2 hours to clean an oven. As I said Do Not Use

Atrocious!!! Watch out for dodgy and unethical practices! This company does not take accountability for their poor quality contractors. They provided an estimated quote for a double story house, which they then tripled the price of when 'inspecting' and then after trying to negotiate with Fantastic Cleaners, told us the contractors were not comfortable working on a double story house. Not only having we wasted hours getting quotes, we are now in a pickle as we won't have our windows cleaned in time for an event. Fantastic Cleaners response: "Sorry for the inconvenience". Advice for Fantastic Cleaners, choose your contractors wisely as this case has ensured we will never use your company or services ever again!

I could not be more disappointed or disgusted in Fantastic Cleaners after using them for an end of rental clean. I do not recommend them to anyone.
The cleaners left a significant sized hole in my bathroom wall after ripping off my towel rack. This could only have been caused by them standing on it for who knows what reason.
