I requested a special bunch of birthday flowers with specific delivery instructions. These were not followed. The flowers were not left at the main entrance but at a side entrance with a puppy. The flowers were destroyed. A replacement was requested. When they called about collecting a replacement the owner was very rude and refused to deliver on the promise of a replacement bouquet. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this business.
I requested for ten roses to be delivered to my partner and asked if they could be delivered within the next hour as my partner wouldn't be in the same place for long and I desired to surprise her. The flowers were delivered in the time and my partner was amazed at how beautiful they were. The service I received was excellent, very polite and willing to do everything possible to please me. I will not use another florist in Darwin but fantastic florals.
A very friendly and polite gentleman delivered my flowers. The flowers were presented in a box and looked pretty, although the greenery wasnt fresh. The irises and lilies were dead the following day. The box fell apart and by day three everything else in the arrangement was dead. I called the woman At fantastic florals to advise her and she was most unhelpful. Disappointing.
