Absolutely appalling !!! We met many wedding related suppliers in preparation for our wedding however Fantasy Aisles was the worst one we ever met. We thought all decoration companies are the same so did not give too much thoughts about it and went ahead and paid our deposit to book their services. They promised us to send over some sample colours and also a detailed description of the service they will provide but we never got it. No responses to our emails, no responses to our calls. Eventually we decided to cancel the service, we wrote an email to say we will no longer be using their services as we don't have the confidence that they will do a good job - IF they even showed up.... any response? NO!
We would rather forgo our deposit than risking having a wedding with no decorations!!!!
