Engaged fast fix rollerdoor to fix the rollerdoor, there quote was more but after reading There reviews I decided to pay more for reliable service, when he left the door made a scraping noise and the van left leaking oil marks on my driveway rang them and she promised me she'd get some one to call me t after the weekend,NEVER CALLED ME BACK I rang back a few days later she told me other people had also complained about the oil, the lad arrived to fix and cleanup but wanted to argue the oil wasn't from his van even though he admitted the van was leaking oil, I was so angry after paying a premium and to get this service that I told him to leave it and I'd call his boss but he then changed his mind and made a small effort to clean up, as I said very disappointed with the service
Very happy with the fast and reliable repairs to our panel lift door by Fast Fix. This is the second occasion we have used Fast Fix at our home (for a differnet door) and once again this door also was repaired without any delay and to our satisfaction with both price and professional service.
Fast Fix were recommended to us by friends and we were very impressed with the service - the technician was on time and very friendly, fixed our door with no difficulty and we were charged an extremely reasonable price (much lower than we anticipated). We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Called them out to have a look at our roller door and as we work during the day the repairer attended while we were not there. Everything was fixed just fine but they charged us an insane amount for the repair (almost the cost of a new one) and when i called them up to query they said the guy was there for over an hour making things right. Ended up paying the bill but then spoke with one of our nosy neighbours doing some work in his garden opposite he said they were there for less than 10min fiddling around. Make sure you are home and get a quote as you can no longer rely on people charging you a realistic amount for a fair days work (these people charge more than doctors). Live and learn i guess.
