Hi folks, I purchased some automotive parts from a business in Queensland. My car is off the road, and paid for fast delivery via Fastawys/Aramex. My parts arrived at the Sydney, Chullora depot at 10:25 PM on Saturday 28 November. As I write this, at 11:35 AM on 2 December, my shipment is still sitting at the Chullora depot. Don't ever use this lot if you want to ship something in a hurry. You cannot talk to anyone here in Australia, and if you send an email, you just get an automated response, with no further action. The customer service is truly pathetic.
