FedEx Express

FedEx is woeful. Never on time, customer service dont know what they're doing, cannot track their own parcels. And when coupled with that other disaster of a courier company, Startrack, there is utter chaos. My experiences with them have been terrible, and I would perfer USPS or UPS in that order for items shipped from the USA. Ons star only because I cannot go any lower.

Couldn't have been more helpful. Looked for my parcel the same day it arrived so that I could pick itup.

A parcel was send from the US to Australia by priority mail delievery time of 1-3 business days. Throughout the transportation period including weekends I personally tracked this parcel through the Fedex tracking website. I noted prior to going to work was that the parcel was at Belmont and passed Australian customs. Therefore of course we expected the parcel sometime that day. My wife was at home except for the period of taking my children to school, where in the same timeframe the courier arrived. Unfortunately the parcel was not delivered. Absolutely woeful. Came on the first day, at 3 o clock, i just missed the door but saw the van driving off, i called them to tell the van to turn around as it was in my street still. They simply said "itll come tomorrow we dont speak to the vans"



So today has arrived, and even though the girl said my package would be here at 11 am, it is now 4:30 pm with no package.



Terrible terrible TERRIBLE. Would never use this service again. AUSTRALIA POST ALWAYS.

I waited all day for the delivery that their site said would happen on the Monday. Their site stated" on board with driver", then "Delivery Exception - customer not home or business closed". Their "customer service" is useless and provided no credible answer on Tuesday. I wouldn't use them. There are far better companies providing better service like Toll who can contact their drivers by radio and give you an almost exact update on delivery time. Local people who speak comprehensible English, too.
