It's pricey but you are paying for all the spit and polish, it's a recreation of a posh Paris Bistro, my waiter was French ( and very nice, alors!) anything
by the Merivale group is pretty good,I'm just not a huge French food fan, pretty location, would love to see the lane way at night.

The food is superb with a great selection of wines, top it off with an amazing decor and you will have a spectacular lunch or dinner

After hearing about their amazing Prix Fixe menu, for a celebratory dinner, we decided to visit Felix Bistro and Bar and try out their fabulous European cuisine for ourselves!

Great place for French food! Affiliated with Merivale, you can expect the food to be served at a high standard, extensive wine list, slightly more expensive and pleasant staff. That's exactly what I experienced plus the Parisian style decor had me in awe.

I have been here for drinks twice. Yet to have a sit down meal but have had a charcuterie board, which was ver nice. The staff are always helpful and seem very knowledgable about the food offerings.

The drinks are really nice. The cocktail menu skews towards the old fashioned.

I had my first aviator here!

All in all, great place for a classy but low key drink in the Sydney CBD!

Drawback is that angel place tends to smell heavily of urine these days - so maybe enter from the Ivy.
