The ceiling in the back room of this house I bought in Gundagai had detached on one side and seriously dropped right down to the architrave. Three of the local builders here in Gundagai I called had a look at it and promised to get back to me, and I never heard another word from them.
Finally I called Fergie who came straight out, had a good look at everything, and soon sent me a good quote to properly fix it. As soon as I accepted it, his blokes came out exactly when they said they would and got stuck into the job. I'm impressed by their skills and how they do things properly the first time, without cutting corners.
It took a few days for them to add more timbers to get the spacing correct for residential grade Gyprock so the new ceiling wouldn't detach under its own weight like the old one did, and get the new ceiling in place.
