This is a very clean shop the food is always fresh the prices are very good the staff work hard to please their customers the souvalaki cannot be beaten absolute delicious and fresh withs lots of slad a delicious garlic sauce very tasty lamb we always shop here its the best Bonnie
Just moved back into the area a couple of months ago after living elsewhere for about 6 or 7 years. Didn't hesitate in going back after the sabbatical hoping it would be as good as I remember and I wasn't disappointed. Very reasonable pricing, great fish and chips, great service. What more can you ask for?
You might want to stroll in there out of the blue and ask for enough food to feed 21 people amongst all the other customers they're serving and wonder why things get a little stressful in there, otherwise, very hard to be disappointed there with their fantastic consistency.
Well I completely agree with 'helpfulandhandy', my family are also regulars and we've been going there for 4 years and couldn't be happier with the service and the food that is at the Gully Fish Shop. I'm not going to go into detail as 'helpfulandhandy' pretty much covered it, but the owners deserve far more respect than what 'forsure' gives them.
The way I see it, its their loss and they can sit and judge the world from their sofa, good luck to them.
My family and I have been going to this fish and chip shop for over 6 years, probably ever since this lovely family have started. Obviously because we live nearby, but not only that, after so many years, we have become family friends.

Like any reasonable person, I did not go to Gully fish shop and expect them to cater for a function without any notice, I went and I ordered fish and chips with my family and now we've been going there for over 5 years.
