1. Inspects and reports on the condition of new homes, older established homes and extensions and renovations.

2. Inspects new homes, town houses, apartments and units and also conducts pre purchase and pre auction inspections for clients who are interested in making informed decisions before handing over their money to builders, developers, vendors and real estate agents.

3. Inspects new homes at all stages of construction - base / slab stage, frame stage, lock up stage, fixing stage and final inspection / handover.

We meticulously prepare reports that clearly highlight all outstanding works that builders must complete and all defective works that must be rectified. Our reports are accurately cross referenced to the Building Code of Australia (BCA), all relevant Australian Standards and the Victorian Building Authority's latest Guide to Standards and Tolerances.

4. Assists clients who are in dispute with their builders and who are in the process of preparing a case to be heard at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

5. Conducts highly accurate dilapidation inspections and prepares dilapidation inspection reports (also called pre-existing condition reports).

6. Thoroughly inspects older homes and identifies building materials that are likely to contain asbestos. We provide detailed asbestos reports and arrange for samples of building materials to be tested for asbestos.

7. Provides a high quality building inspection service and delivers detailed and highly accurate reports to clients on time.

8. Assists clients all over Melbourne and Victoria and other states of Australia (by special appoitment).
