if there product is faulty you only get 75% back not a full refund even when consumer affairs get involved

they are also not up to date on animal care and they are very expensive

Prices are over the top for almost non-existent customer service provided by rude staf. I went there recently to purchase premium cat food. ALL other pet shops offer a full refund should the cat refuse the food. When I asked if they would refund they wormed around and finally told me that I would get a store credit rather than refund. Well, the common policy of those high premium brands is a full refund - this policy is not honoured here!

We now never go there to buy anything but rather to see how many dead fish we can count.

Please do yourself a favour and do not spend your money here, shop around as suggested in below review and use the money saved to go to the movies.

I'm a huge fan of Fish and Feather. I go there for all of my pet needs, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They have great advice; they have saved the lives of my fish and parrot! I strongly recommend this store. The prices and range are good also.

After 2 years as a loyal customer, the customer service has declined to be almost non-existant. Any advice I have gained has not been correct. Prices are OK but am willing to pay extra for decent customer service. Won't be going back again!
