Alright gym, pretty busy. Unfortunate customer service. I signed up for a month to month deal with NO cancelation fees. When I went to cancel my membership, they made me pay two more weeks of gym use while I wasn't even in the country. Sounds like a cancelation fee. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they simply sent me to the fine print of their policy stating "you need to give two weeks notice to cancel" which is essentialy a cancelation fee HIDDEN in the fine print. They refused to waive the fee and still charged my credit card OVER A WEEK after I had LEFT THE COUNTRY! I gave them several chances to resolve the issue, and nothing came from it so I wanted to share my experience. Terrible way to end with a customer. I would have returned next year, but after having to pay for two weeks membership I wasn't even there for, I'll be heading somewhere with better customer service.
