Fitness First

Yes, it is the McDonald's of gyms but it is convenient and you know what you are getting when you walk in the door. There aren't as many classes as I would like, but if you can negotiate a good deal (which there is always room to do) it can still be worth it.

3 levels of muscle mania (jokes), the weights are is huge in this place, probably one of the biggest in Sydney and spread out with plenty of room to move. But it does get busy during peak hours and the classes are really full every time.
