I totally agree with the below reviewers, as had the same terrible experience with them.

3 times they wasted our time telling us they were coming to install and never showed up.

Aluminium door installed is all scratched up and does not close properly.

Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about the quality or workmanship...

Have spent weeks trying to get some resolution - to no avail !

These guys are the worst. I've been trying now for nealry 2 months to get them to come and look at a faulty door. There is zero after care, don't risk your money!

If you do and have a problem, you'll end up spending months trying to get some resolution - if you ever can! Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about the quality...

Shocking organisation to deal with Wasted our time telling us they were coming to install and never showed up. Quality of products is terrible and had to ask them several times to replace broken wheels, fly screens and so forth. Don't use these people whatsoever.

I was recommended to deal with Sam projects manager at five star aluminium he was very courteous and professional very knowledgeable and gave us good advise on the final decision on our completion of our home I would like to thank him as he made our life very easy as we were first home builders and did not know which way to go for our designs of our windows I would recommend Sam at five star to all regards Adrian Hurley
