Five Star Kennels

Our groomer recommended 5star to us and we could not be happier. Our babies love having holidays with Tracey and Paul. They are so excited when they see Tracey they forget I am there. I know they are safe and looked after which makes our holidays so much better. We have been holidaying with Tracey and Paul since 2012 and highly recommend them.

Hey Tracey & Paul ????BIG love from Ezy.She had an awesome time with you guys yet again! She came home happy,walked & shiney ( heads up folks, all babies are sent home with a free bath??) i do have one complaint & that is i don't get a kiss goodbye when i leave Ezy anymore as she is busy throwing herself into Tracy or Pauls arms and scrambling up onto the buggy ready for her stay. All good, because i get to totally relax on my timout knowing she is loved??

Great to see so many wonderful reviews of the amazing care our much loved four legged family members receive when they stay with Paul and Tracey at Five Star Kennels..
After visiting numerous kennels on the North and South side of Brisbane we were referred to Five Star by our Vet.
That was in 2007.
Since then we have only used Five Star.
Our two Bichons Tiffy and Sasha stayed with Paul and Tracey for short and long stays many times and each time we drove them through the gates they became very excited and couldn't wait to get out of the car and into the arms of Paul and Tracey. Tiffy and Sasha have now passed and our new Bichon Lucy is also a great fan.
It's always a good indication of the care our pups recieve when they can't wait to go back for another stay.
Top marks to Paul and Tracey for the high standard of their kennels and the duty of care they show to our precious pets.

We have been leaving our dogs at Five Star Kennels for over 7 years in the expert care of Paul and Tracey. After experiencing unsatisfactory and crowded pet accomodation elsewhere we are so pleased to have found such a wonderful and responsibly run home away from home for our dogs.Wherever we have been in the world we have been able to maintain contact with Paul and Tracey, with Tracey even sending photos to reassure us after storms etc, or when we have had to leave a dog which is not well or post surgery. This year we had to go overseas and leave a terminally ill dog for 3 weeks . Tracy took on her care as a personal responsibility and even our vet commented on how impressd he was with her care , empathy and proffessionalism . Our dogs love going to Five Star and when they come home they are well adjusted and not anxious or needy, which has been the case after another kennel. Just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU Tracey and Paul for looking after my sooky la-la staffy Ezy. I get quite upset when she throws herself into Tracey's arms and doesn't look back as I leave her with 5 STAR Kennels. Yet again she has come home happy, clean ( Tracey bathes all bubbies before they head home for free!!!)and relaxed. Being able to leave Ezy with these guys means I can chill on my holiday happily knowing Ezy is in good hands and having a good time too.
You guys ROCK and can never retire.Thank you again Tracey and Paul.
