Friendly and fast service at an affordable price. These guy's do more than phones and repaired my car remote control in a heartbeat. My crazy VW Service centre told me $500 to replace the unit to be shipped in 2 weeks from Germany. These fella's sorted it out for a simple service charge around 10% of the replacement. Very happy. I went to Fix A Phone hoping to have my iPhone 5 screen repaired on the spot. Unfortunately they were unable to get it done right away but I have to say the staff were really helpful they offered me a loan phone and called me as soon as it was fixed. They had my phone back to me later that afternoon. Thanks guys!
It is a shame that we had to go to enormous lengths to gain satisfaction. Customer service needs to improve incredibly before I would recommend this store to anyone. If you have apple product go straight to apple. Certainly not worth waiting 6.5 weeks!!!!!!' With responses from fix a phone like can't tell us why or where the phone is!!!!!? Frustrating

We apologise for the delay, we realise 5 weeks is far too long to wait for a swap unit. Unfortunately we were provided incorrect time frames from our Apple supplier and were relaying the information as a 3rd party intermediary. We do agree that it has taken them too long, so as a gesture of goodwill we would like to provide you with the handset at no charge. We would also like to let you know that we have taken measures to insure we donâ??t experience delays like this in future and apologise for your inconvenience.
I wasn't sure if my phone was unlocked so I went into fixaphone just to ask if they could tell me. They tried a few different sim cards spent quite a bit of time helping me out and then I asked what I owed them and they didn't want a cent. Great to see good customer service isn't dead!
