Poor customer service, food was lousy & over priced, 30 minutes for my entree, came unseasoned & sloppy, waited an additional half an hour for my extras!
Staff should not work in customer service! extremely foul to be served by. Not a decent crowd either.
Overall would definitely not recommend.

Generally good food , good service , prices are a bit steep, but best atmosphere in the area !

No slots. No rigged machines. No scams. It focuses on food and entertainment for the locals. I'm glad to see it's a pub and not a milking machine at the expense of the locals. Great pub. Great food. Great service.

My wife and i had a freinds birthday party a while ago and the service was exellent, will be going back many more times.

Ordered a mixed grill last night and the steak was missing. Although there was still a plate full of food, I mentioned this to the staff. The staff member checked with the chef, who 'was pretty sure he included everything', and told me that as I was halfway through the meal he couldn't be sure I didn't receive it. Nothing further! No offer to serve the missing steak, to offer anything (desert, drink, etc) on the house, nothing. Not even an apology. Just a presumption that I was lying. In short, customer service was seriously lacking, and the staff obviously don't feel empowered to fix these problems on their own.

Food was delicious, but the service left a seriously bad taste.
