I had the pleasure of working with Ryan M, who was helpful, insightful and professional during the entire process. Ryan added his own flare to the process and made himself approachable and always replied to emails promptly to allow for an easy process. I will definitely be using Ryan again in the future for future travel planning needs.

Ver poor business. Half way through and after paying alarm bells rang. Deceitful practices EG: price match guarantee, hahahaha what a joke. (plz read the fine print) I was the one who found the cheaper flight then the excusses came thick and fast from flight centre. Then a CREDIT was issued that I had to use with them. Then I wanted a new booking with the credit. I had to manage the process from start to finish to ensure it was booked and delivered. Lucky I did because it was not made correctly and was only confirmed the day we were going to arrive. I suggest you avoid using Flight Centres or any of the group of companies, as it is clear both their employees and customers are valued way behind profits.

We only wanted a brochure but were greeted in a very manner and the lady who served us was delightful. The store was very busy with every associate looking after a customer.

Whatever you do go to another branch not this one
In November 2015 after many phone calls to this travel agent I had to give up on them finding me the business class flight that was clearly advertised in the Sunday papers under their logo
Quick call to another flightcentre branch problem solved instantly
Decided to give them another chance today , since they are local,wanted to purchase a eurail pass advertised by sta travel
Yep all fine until the price totalled up round $200 dearer
When I questioned the significant price difference I was ,rather rudely, told "we don't match prices"
Soo back to another flightcentre branch and it was no problem matching prices and also being treated as a customer should
In summary I have found the staff here to be inept and rude
