I had them redo a floor that they originally did after 2 weeks use as it began to delaminate a "special" water based coating, I paid $600 extra for this "special" coating, on its failure they reverted back to an original basic epoxy coating but dishonestly refused to refund the extra special fee claiming the separation was my fault through a dodgy manufacturers report, who obviously didn't want to claim responsibility ..DON'T TRUST or use these guys ..BTW the "redo" which they claim was a big favour to me is of very ordinary workmanship.
I HAD FIVE TIMBERS FLOORS EITHER INSTALLED NEW OR REJUVENATED, THAT IS ONE THE WORST JOB I HAD DONE, I GOT CONFIRMATION THAT THE JOB HAD BEEN BOTCHED BY AN EXPERIENCED PERSON IN THE INDUSTRY. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FLOOR SURE, ALTHOUGH THE JOB WAS DONE BY TWO TRAINEES? WITHOUT THE management's SUPERVISION BUT AS THE ADAGE SAYS, THE EMPLOYEES WILL BE AS GOOD AS THE PERSON WHO TRAINED THEM.
We are very sorry you feel this way and had a supposedly a less than professional service provided. Seeing as how we keep records of any disputes or unsatisfied customers nothing has come up in the date you have added this comment. Unfortunately false or fake reviews do occur and hopefully this isnt the case with you. If you really are an unsatisfied customer we would really like to here from you directly so we can rectify any unpleasant service you may have apparently received. We could also send you written testimonials from much more satisfied customers. So to recap we hope this is a legitimate complaint and not someone who has to much time on there hands

Nothing surprises me about these guys given the "standard" and glib response to your complaint about them. They clearly are less than professional about their customer service and their workmanship ...and no I'm not a floor sanding competitor, nor a serial complainant.
