The job they did was good (carpet in one bedroom and laminated boards in lounge and on stairs up to lounge) but it took them 5 days to do what should have taken 2 days. I was told the installer called in sick on DAY ONE Thursday (later learned this was not the case)
DAY TWO Monday 2 installers arrived at 11:30 and finished bedroom and three quarters finished lounge just stairs, two rows of boards in lounge and edging of room to go.Was told by installer the owner forgot to order the edging and this was why they did not turn up on day one.
