Flowers On The Run

Great florist. Ordered flowers for my mum and she absolutely loved them. Staff were very lovely and went out of their way to deliver them even on a Saturday. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Very rude on phone and unhelpful... Wanted a different type of bouquet compared to the normal and was made to feel like an idiot.

Flowers were delivered via taxi wilted and browning. Groomsman button holes missing pins. Brides bouquet smaller than ordered and paid for. Contacted Flowers on the Run and received rude and defensive voicemail and subsequent follow up email demanding details of my photographer to verify if what I was saying was correct. A simple apology would have been appreciated. Avoid!! My husband sent an amazingly beautiful extra large bunch of flowers on our wedding day elsewhere. We wish we ordered the rest of our wedding flowers elsewhere... :(
