FOBrolls - Tivoli Arcade
Fob rolls is a new place in the Tivoli arcade which had only recently opened mid 2013. The concept of Bnh M has been around in Melbourne/Sydney in fact for last 20 years, but Vietnamese street food has only recently picked up in popularity in recent times as a result of places like Miss Chu and the Roll'd chain that are opening up CBD and major shopping centers. Fob Rolls is probably one of the latest Ive noticed in recent times. By far hands up for these guys, as they have kept it as authentic as possible. , The bread are soft and fresh. The servings are generous. I often go for the mix meat variety. These guys seem to have it all setup correctly for a small place positioned in the hub of the CBD. The lunch special - drink, roll and rice paper roll for $10 is a fantastic deal! Of course it cost a bit more than what a person would pay in Footscray, Sunshine, Springvale and Richmond.
