I am very happy with this company. I do not like dirty looking carpet. Even if it gets that run down look to it that's enough to drive me up the wall. I was not happy with the last people we used so I thought I would try these guys out. All I can say is I will be seeing them again and again. Think about it, your children sit on the carpet on bean bags, surely you want it as clean as possible, Well we do, The carpet looked like brand new, great smell long lasting as it was last done 4 weeks ago. I will be calling them every 3 months, they where very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, I did not make it home in time so my wife had to deal with them first, I arribed just as they had packed up. We moved into a property that we thought had had the carpets cleaned. Focused on cleaning squeezed us in and came out before the furniture was unloaded. He also used fans and a drying pad on a machine to absorb moisture out. We were moving furniture in an hour later. Thumbs up to Focused on Cleaning. Thanks again. I recommend you guys to everyone.
We have had Focused on Cleaning do all of our carpet cleaning for the last 5 years and they have always done a fantastic job, the carpets always look brand new, the staff that we have dealt with have always been very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We had a split in the hose joining up to the washing machine about a week ago. It leaked into 4 of the bedrooms soaking all of the carpets. We called our insurance and they didn't get back to us for a while so we called our Carpet Cleaner Focused on Cleaning and the owner came round and checked it out. Our insurance approved him straight away as they are fully qualified. They extracted the water using strange but awesome tools and dried the carpet and some of the walls out back to normal. Oh yeah this was at 4am. Thanks guys !!!!!! : )
