Fone King

I purchase a tempered URBAN GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR SAMSUNG S8 screen, which I was told that it had 12 months replacement warranty for any breakage of any kind. That is why you would pay 3 times the amount of any other screen protector. That got me to buy it. But 2 month later when I went with a broken screen, they refused to replace the glass. It just covered the glue and contact issues. Well, what would I purchase a screen protector that cost 3 times more than any other screen protector for just this warranty attributes? To say the service, on my approach was poor, would also be an understatement. I will never shop there again.

Bought an Otterbox phone cover from these guys and they are a tolal rip off, their prices are double what you pay for from other stores or online. (and of course no refunds, how convenient!!)

I had a problem with a Bluetooth Speaker I had bought there so I went to the shop again and they replaced it for a new one immediately. Excellent service!

Bought a cover and a protective screen.. Makes iPhone unusable. Was told before I could even ask that they have no refunds. Dodgy bunch of people. Do yourself a favour and go straight to iPhone or Samsung store.

I to bought a no name battery for my Samsung phone only to find that it would not fully charge I then bought a Samsung battery from another dealer and was shocked to find that the no name battery cost $56.00 and the Samsung one cost me $19.00 and it worked not like the no name one from fone king and when I took it back and asked for a refund as the battery was faulty they said good luck as they do not do refunds.They then tried to charge the battery and found it would not fully charge and still no refund.So I for one will never go back as they just said it was bad luck and still no refund.
