Great for ducking in to buy smokes or a litre of milk but I wouldn't buy more than a handbasket full of stuff here because it's a glorified supa deli - aisles are too narrow and the whole store is just too tight and small for easily maneuvering a trolley around. Not enough space for two trolleys to pass in an aisle. When it's busy it's a constant case of having to politely say "excuse me" to people who are oblivious to the fact that they're in your way. The other thing to consider before shopping here is that the carpark is on a steep sideways-slanted hill, so as soon as you try to go out to your car with a full trolley it feels like the trolley is going run away from you. Great Customer Service, Great Prices, Great Staff.
Was a pleasure to shop and will be back again. Staff were friendly and very helpful i asked where several items were and was quickly shown where they all were. They had everything that i went in for A++ Shopping Experience.
Keep up the great job guys.
Good price. However, invest some money in developing your staff in customer service. Smile. Say thank you. Don't be rude at customers for using the trolley you use for blocking the closed check out lane. And if you overcharged a customer due to mistakes such as labeling, it is OK to say sorry. Otherwise you will always be competing on price.
