Foodworks East Fremantle

it's a supermarket its open late which is a plus but not super well stocked

What has happened to this supermarket in the past month? Is going downhill fast. The bakery looks awful , and the service leaves a lot to be desired. Lot of rude staff work there :(

I'm pretty certain that the owners of Foodworks in East Freo don't visit very often. The entry is high with weeds, bins overflowing, and once inside the customers have to tag team to get a shopping basket. When asked about it the staff generally shrug their shoulders, laugh apologetically and say they have no idea where they all are. There's the conveyor belt that's been broken for months, the wilted salads, and ever changing deli - sometimes bursting with stock of obscure delicacies, other times with just some sad polony and shrivelled chickens. The check out staff now have pictures of the vegetables so they are more easily identified. Perhaps some training in fresh produce wouldnt go astray. This place has so much potential to be inviting, fresh and quality, but really misses the mark. I think it must be their long opening hours that keeps them in business.
