Fook Yuen Seafood Restaurant

Absolutely terrible cutomer service, the staff tried to manipulate westerners or non-chinese speaking customers to purchase expensive dishes by misleading them about the price and do not put the prices on the menu. The lady who served us told all the other staff to try and come and sell us dishes that were way over priced, hoping we would not notice until we paid the bill. We questioned them about the price and they refused to tell us, tried to convince us we were in the wrong and couldn't care less about customer service or their reputation and refused to let us speak to the manager. The manager took 20 minutes to come over and confront us and sent all of his staff to deal with us first, he didnt listen to us and WALKED AWAY from our conversation multiple times. Great yum cha!
Went with a large group, and the staff was very attentive and quick in servicing us. They were not trying to hurry us, which was great.

Ive visited her a few times with small groups of friends and family. Great service and huge variety of dishes. Definately a return customer.

I had a good experience here, with nice food and good service. Will be back again.

It's not the best Chinese I've had, but it's fresh and the service is attentive.
We had Banquet A for dinner for 13 people. There was ample food. Stand out dish was probably the Szechuan Beef, which was very tender.
