Very professional. We had them install a new ducted system, to replace our old swampy.
From the sales consultants first visit, to the install team, everything went perfectly and the attention to detail was superb. Everything was planned and there was constant communication through the entire process.
The team worked super efficiently and always double checked with us to make sure we were happy with how everything was progressing. The team laid plenty of dropsheets around the house and cleaned up after themselves.
When they finished, they walked us through the whole system and how it worked and even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure we had no problems.
Would definately use them again. We did contemplate using one of the cheaper contractors you see driving around, but it was worth paying a little extra for the peace of mind and I'm glad we did.

In 2014/2015 we signed up with F&D west perth. Paid around 14500 for a/c approx 2500 more than major competitors as F&D had good reputation etc

Thay know thay product and provide good advice but thats end to it...

We had incorrect outlets installed ...missed outlets...system not working etc brickwork destroyed in the new house and so on ...

Several times tried to contact Kevin (Director) - wont even return your call ..

This company has been araound for years and has a good reputation for quality airconditioning and service. They work on the principle of offering good pricing with high volumes. They offer a great selection of airconditioners and are very competative...recommend.
