We are a local business in Canberra that has been running for over 30 years.
Forest Park Riding and Equitation School has been run by Grant and Heather Hughes for many years and they have promoted a nurturing family environment for all their clients. The overriding goal at Forest Park is to share their love of horses and horse riding with everyone wishing to be involved in equine pursuits no matter how young or old.

I have been a client of Forest Park for many years. Grant and Heather are lovely people and have helped with starting off a few young horses of mine and I have been really happy with their work. My horses are now competing at a high level and I occasionally get lessons from Grant which I find assist my riding. My daughter recently attended one of your school holiday programs and could not stop talking about how wonderful it was. She had a great time riding your school pony Tinsel and really improved in her riding throughout the week. She definitely wants to come again and I am thinking of enrolling her into weekly lessons. Thank you very much for your wonderful services, friendly staff and expertise!
Unprofessional, very poor service overall. Many inexperienced people working there who have very little knowledge and experience with young/green horses. Inefficient business, I don't recommend their services for training horses. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would have, there isn't anything positive to note.

Our staff are all under the guidance of experienced trainers, some of whom have had over 40 years? experience successfully training horses. Each horse and client are given quality one on one time with our head trainer and before the horse leaves our head trainer is often present to talk through your horses progress.
