Formal red

Am I asking too much for a hired suit to be clean? Apparantly at Formal Red it is. When the stain was highlighted to Jay (upon return), it was not his responsibility but ours as the customer to notice these things. Unfortunately the stain on the jacket was missed at the final fitting by all (note: I never new I should check the jacket for stains as I assumed I was hiring a cleaned suit). But overall more dissappointed at the Jays attitude, lack of concern and more the arrogance that the final fitting was a favour to us. Hirer beware - do not assume the suit has be cleaned. (note: the grooms shirt was a last minute debarcle - apparently the groom chose the wrong buttons)
