You call to make an appointment and get put on hold straight away then when u come off hold, if you don't answer within 1second they hang up on you! Worst reception ever

I've been a customer of this medical centre for over 12 years. The reason I keep keep coming back to it is because they do have excellent staff and doctors working here.

I've seen it change hands 3 times and many staff members & doctors in that time and I've seen it get busier every year.

Rude admin staff at front counter. Asked if I should be visiting another doctor office?

As it was commented that I haven't been there for some time.

When asked how often should I visit a doctor, staff told me very abruptly every six months. I told staff that I don't get sick very often, and when I have visited them I cant get my doctor or an appointment so I try and do my best.

I felt very uncomfortable being there and this isn't the first time.

That being said, the Doctors are good, but the centres staff are not.



I have started taking steps to find a new doctor now and Centre closer to where I now live..

Rude front staff, never have appointments for kids even when its an emergency. 2 Dr's do come to mind who are however very lovely and helpful - so its a shame they work for such a disppointing surgery/medical centre.
