Fragile Removals & Storage.

We used Fragile Removals in between Xmas and NY to move our 4 bed house contents which was a big job lasting nearly 12 hours including dismantle of several large items! The four man team of Sean,Joe, Alex and Dex were superb - pleasant and polite guys and hard workers. They did a fantastic job of moving us, and found a way through a couple of logistical challenges with not a single breakage. We will most definitely use Fragil again for any future moves - thank you guys!! Customer service from our initial quote visit right through until after the move was also excellent - a great organisation!!

We used this company for an interstate move recently and I could not be more disappointed with our experience with them. While some of our things were packed and wrapped well others such as breakable china and figurines were not wrapped and just chucked into boxes. We had many items of furniture and appliances that were also damaged and while some damage can be expected with such a big move it was the customer service that we received that was really concerning. The company was very unhelpful and at times rude in the way I was spoken to when voicing my concerns and opinions. I felt like I was spoken down to and dismissed. Many times my messages went unreturned and at one stage when I raised some concern with damage that had occurred to one of my items in their warehouse it was suggested that my Husband could have done it?? them again for a recent move. Their price was very competitive but the standard of service and the disrespectful way in which their spoke left much to be desired. They traipsed mud throughout the carpeted rooms of my two bedroom apartment and very unapologetic about it. Unfriendly, unhelpful and not worth the hassle. When I called head office to make a complaint and discuss my concerns they also seemed unfazed and unconcerned that there were issues. I was told I'd receive a call back to discuss my complaint buy was not given a time frame. Unacceptable standard of service all round.

The service was more then excellent and the workers were very proficient and on task. The men umderstand the customer needs and are well trained and mannered.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to have furniture moved or delivered.
