I can see why they have so many 1star ratings !!

TERRIBLE!! Would not give this service 1 star! but I have to give the "service" one star otherwise they won't publish this review. Took an unpaid day off work for a delivery I was promised would arrive yesterday between 9-5. Called them twice during the day as the delivery had not arrived and was told the delivery would now arrive before 6pm. At 5.30pm I was getting worried and tried calling the office a third time however my call went unanswered as the office was closed. By 6pm the delivery had not arrived. Followed up this morning and was told they would be delivering it today and leaving it outside the house as no one is home! I have to work today and cannot take another unpaid day off work. The delivery may get stolen outside the house. They have taken no responsibility for their lack of communication and inability to deliver purchases when they promise. Dont turn up when they say they will and item turned up with forklift hole in the side, never again

Never come across such a pathetic excuse for a business. After 5 days of misleading information from them and call after call, delay after delay, it was like a bad joke. Just pathetic.

WOW These guys are BAD. Took weeks to deliver and then arrived smashed to pieces. It was packed in a double wall box with wooden reinforcing - how is this possible. Hope they can do better on the second (replacement) attempt
