We are very happy with our bathroom renovation. Looks beautiful! Like most projects you have hurdles they might change planned schedules which is normal as I have read other reviews where there had been unforeseeable delays that made people unhappy but these things happen and we understand that and you can't rush a quality bathroom. My tiler did a great job as did the other trades. A special mention to their electrician who was very helpful and did a great job.

Lookinjg to get our main bathroom reno'd. Mike came out to look over our project to give us some ideas on what we could do.
We were impressed with his professionalism and he clearly had a good understanding of the opportunities and potential of our old bathroom to be improved.
He discussed some floorplan options with us, which sounded appealing. The next business day we received a quote, we'll be starting in a month or two
Wouldn't normally leave a review at this stage... but was so impressed with Mike's approach that I was happy to.
Horrific. I wish I had done it myself. Would have been much cheaper, much higher quality and soooo much cheaper! Renovation had 21 day contract period, which I was assured it would not reach. Due for completion 24/9/14. Only got the certificate and job completed in the week before Christmas. Tiles didn't line up, Chipped tiles installed, excess wastage, designs not followed. They are only a management component, and it was absent. I had to meet trades and repeat everything that I required in the contract. I ended up doing work that they should have as per the contract because I was afraid of their poor quality.
